“Great service here at store from Felicia and company ✊🏾.”
“We went to the storage main office today to give notice on our unit. The previous owners had jacked up our monthly rate from $250 to over $400 with very short notice. What an amazing surprise it was to walk into the office and be greeted by a young woman with a friendly smile. Felicia (not to be confused with the previous management’s Felicia) invited us to sit down and we told her why we were there. She amazed us by immediately lowering our rate by over half. With one stroke of her keyboard, she clicked us into a rate we can afford! She described how the business had changed hands again and that customer service is very important to them. She talked about how the restroom — which was always broken and unavailable under previous management — had been completely re-plumbed and fixed. She showed us a corner of the front lobby that had FREE coffee, tea, cold water, granola bars, chips and other snacks. Anyone who has rented a storage unit knows what hard, sweaty work it is to move heavy furniture and boxes around. We are so impressed and pleased with the new ownership of Store Storage! They’ve got great rates, the friendliest staff and helpful perks..”
