“The facility when it was Extra Space was great! Jessica was wonderful to work with and always went out of her way to be helpful and friendly all the years she was there. Since it became STORE, suddenly, with no notice at all to existing tenants, the entire staff was replaced. One woman was extremely rude and unhelpful, as if the smallest question or request is a huge problem for her. Terrible customer service. Definitely looking for another place. I refuse to give my money to a place that treats their clients as if they are an inconvenience. My previous review was five stars for Extra Space. I'd leave none if it were possible, now..”
