“Woman who helped me was excellent. I was just disappointed that the Cubesmart website didn't explain clearly that the insurance, taxes weren't included in the $29 due at move-in that was clearly $29 according to the confirmation email sent to me. I understand that I would need insurance but when you say $29 due at move-in that means to most people just that. Other than that I got the excellent customer I've become accustomed to and she even got me a lower unit to accommodate my motorcycle accident injuries. Thank you kindly ma'am for your help with getting me the unit I requested..”
